New Tahoe Off-Market Lakefront Listings

A few upcoming lakefront listings:

One is a Cedar Flat teardown at $3.5m. The other is a Carnelian Bay fixer for $3.1m. Both have awesome piers. The less expensive one also has some kind of living quarters right down by the water – very cool, very unique. The third: I am talking with yet another Carnelian Bay seller.

Tahoe Lakefront 10% Discount

A Rubicon lakefront home which has been chasing the market down since 2009 is back on the market with a 10% reduction in price since last year’s unsuccessful attempt to sell. This home has one of the longest piers in the area which is nice because this is the most interesting, and also quite shelfy, water areas at Tahoe. The sand here is deeeeep and the summertime living can’t be beat.
