North Shore Pier Associations
Dollar Point to Brockway Springs, CA
Search for Homes in the North Shore’s Best Pier Associations
Location: Dollar Point to Brockway Shores in King’s Beach. Price Range: $175k – $5 million
The North Shore is busier than the West Shore and rather than the shady, cozy feel that permeate that other shore, the North is sunnier, has less snow (and it melts faster), and a nice mix of older and newer neighborhoods. Dollar Point is almost all south-facing with panoramic views. Amenities are phenomenal with lakeview tennis courts, deep water pier, sandy beach, kayak/paddle storage, and massive buoy field. The stone BBQ on the beach is one of the most scenic locations for anything from a casual wedding to a reunion. Back up in the neighborhood, there’s a members’ only pool, lawn, BBQ, more tennis, etc. Dollar Point is also close to Tahoe City so homes here have not only great accessibility to the best skiing, the river and the lake but all of these characteristics make them all fantastic rental properties. Heading further east the homeowners’ associations, with the exception of Agate Bay and Brockway Shores, are not as extensive. Most of the homes in this area don’t have membership to lakefront HOA’s but there are some special pockets that do. You can find all of the homes in these HOA’s at the link above or just ask me to set you up with a custom search.
