Things are fairly quiet in Dollar Point right now. There was a huge swarm of activity when the only lakefront in the neighborhood dropped price significantly – they received 5 offers in 5 days. Since then, nothing else has gone into escrow. A new listing is going to hit the market on Lassen and there were a bunch of properties which didn’t sell last year. Some of those should be coming back as well as we get closer to summer.
