It’s that time of the year when new listings are coming onto the market just about every day. Generally speaking, Tahoe is off to a good start for the selling season. We had an especially busy March and things just got active once again. In the Dollar Point and W Shore HOA neighborhoods there have only been 2 sales in the last month but there are currently 8 homes in escrow ranging in price from $374k to $1.34m. Most have been on the market fewer than 100 days.
