Tahoe Lakefront Action

Six Tahoe lakefronts are currently in escrow with a high list price of $4.75m and a low of $2.5m, average $3.3m. One of these is a Tahoe City lakefront short sale which has been in escrow for months but the others are all “standard” sales. We have a lakefront listed in Hurricane Bay and it has seen very good showing activity since hitting the market 2 weeks ago. To me the most impressive is a lakefront remodel / addition which had been on the market for a lower price and wasn’t selling. The owner did a huge addition and raised the price considerably – after just 88 days on the market it went into escrow.
