There are currently 9 luxury homes and two condos in the Tahoe Basin (CA side) which are in escrow currently. List prices range from a lakefront short sale at $2.9m to gorgeous land on Sunnyside Lane offered at $13.5m; average list price of these homes is $3.1m.
In May there have been four luxury properties which have closed escrow – 2 were Tahoe lakefront foreclosures / REO’s (amazing).
