Between Homewood and Tahoma, Chambers Landing is best known for the popular summer hangout and “Old Tahoe” bar-on-the-dock. Come here by boat or walk down from the road. The place is incredible and can be quite the scene. In general this is a somewhat level area with a good bit of sun. There are prime lakefront condos and townhomes in Chambers Landing. Then there is an entire neighborhood called Chamberlands where you’ll find a lot of generational Tahoe vacationers. Some of these homes have access to the Chamberlands members amenities including a private sandy beach, lakeside pool, tennis, pier, buoy field and neighborhood shuttle. Property prices reflect the amenities so Chamberlands can be higher than nearby neighborhoods, except Mckinney Shores.
